Terms of Service

By using Ovlo's website to browse or purchase spare parts, or to book workshop services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You can check out as a guest or with an account. Guest orders are confirmed by email and/or phone.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only supported payment method. Additional payment methods may be added in future.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly due to an error, and will notify you if this happens.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days; express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location and product availability.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Most parts carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Full details are on our Returns & Warranty page.

Workshop/garage bookings made through Ovlo are an appointment between you and the workshop. Ovlo verifies workshop listings but is not itself the service provider — service quality, pricing at the workshop, and scheduling changes are between you and the workshop. Please contact the workshop directly for changes close to your appointment time.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Ovlo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers, or issues arising from a workshop's own service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order or booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Karachi.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
